The Premise

Your Body Is Your Most Important Performance Asset

Exceptional performance requires more than intensive training, discipline and determination.

Energy production, metabolic health, glucose regulation, hormonal function, nutritional status, inflammation, sleep, stress and recovery may all influence how a person feels, trains and adapts.

The Amillion Longevity Nutrition Programme is an advanced, individually structured programme created for adults, including professional athletes, competitive athletes and highly active individuals, who want a deeper understanding of the factors that may be influencing their health, recovery and performance.

We do not begin with a generic diet, a standard supplement list or a programme created for somebody else. We begin by understanding the individual.

The programme may incorporate submitted laboratory results, DNA information, endocrine and metabolic markers, nutrition, supplementation, training demands, recovery, sleep and lifestyle. This information is considered together to help create an individual health and performance-support strategy within Amillion Clinic’s professional scope.

The programme is not a single blood test or a computer-generated report. It is a structured 12-week process of assessment, education, implementation, monitoring and refinement.

Individual outcomes vary. Participation does not guarantee a particular medical, physical, competitive or performance result.

Remote Participation

Created for Participants Across the World

The Amillion Longevity Nutrition Programme has been designed for remote participation. Availability is subject to:

  • An initial eligibility assessment
  • The participant’s age, health history and individual circumstances
  • The professional and regulatory requirements applicable in Portugal
  • The laws and professional requirements of the participant’s country
  • The availability of appropriate local laboratories and healthcare professionals
  • Amillion Clinic’s ability to provide the requested service safely and lawfully

Initial assessment, programme consultations, education, results review and ongoing support may be delivered remotely where permitted.

Following the initial consultation, Amillion Clinic may recommend categories of laboratory or genetic investigations for consideration. The participant is responsible for arranging these investigations through an appropriately accredited laboratory, clinic or licensed healthcare professional in their country.

Where local law requires a medical prescription, referral or authorisation for testing, this must be obtained from an appropriately licensed local healthcare professional.

External laboratories and healthcare providers operate independently from Amillion Clinic. Amillion Clinic does not control and cannot accept responsibility for their availability, pricing, collection procedures, analytical methods, reporting standards, delays, errors or omissions.

If a particular investigation is unavailable or inappropriate, the proposed assessment may be adapted. Amillion Clinic cannot guarantee that every listed investigation will be available in every country.

Eligibility

Who Is the Programme For?

The Amillion Longevity Nutrition Programme may be suitable for:

  • Adults seeking a deeper understanding of their long-term health
  • Adults focused on longevity, energy and healthy ageing
  • Professional and competitive athletes
  • Endurance athletes
  • Strength and power athletes
  • Footballers and team-sport athletes
  • Runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes
  • Golfers and tennis players
  • Combat-sport athletes
  • Bodybuilding and physique athletes
  • Executives and professionals with demanding schedules
  • Former athletes returning to structured training
  • Adults preparing for a competition or endurance event
  • Highly active adults seeking deeper insight into their health
  • Anyone experiencing fatigue, poor recovery or unexplained changes in energy or performance

Every programme is adapted, where appropriate, to the participant’s sport, sex, age, training phase, competition schedule, health history, available results and individual objectives.

The standard programme is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Participation is subject to professional assessment and is not automatically confirmed by booking an initial consultation.

Amillion Clinic may decline or postpone enrolment when the programme is unsuitable, when information is incomplete, when local medical assessment is required or when participation cannot be provided safely or lawfully.

Recognising the Pattern

When Training Harder Is No Longer the Answer

Some athletes train consistently, follow structured nutrition and use multiple supplements but continue to experience:

  • Unstable energy
  • Reduced endurance
  • Slow or inconsistent recovery
  • Difficulty building or preserving muscle
  • Unwanted changes in body composition
  • Poor sleep
  • Reduced concentration
  • Hormonal symptoms
  • Frequent illness
  • Recurring injuries
  • Digestive difficulties
  • Increased cravings
  • Reduced motivation
  • Changes in performance
  • Altered glucose or insulin markers
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Difficulty recovering after travel or competition
  • A performance plateau despite consistent effort

These experiences can have many possible causes. They do not, by themselves, establish a diagnosis and should not automatically be attributed to metabolism, hormones, nutrition or training.

Where symptoms or results indicate a possible medical condition, injury or other concern requiring diagnosis or treatment, the participant will be advised to seek assessment from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

The Framework

The Amillion Method

The Amillion Method connects six important areas of health and athletic performance.

01

Blood and Metabolic Health

Submitted laboratory results may provide information about areas such as:

View the full list 9 items
  • Blood-cell health and oxygen transport
  • Glucose regulation
  • Insulin sensitivity
  • Nutritional status
  • Cardiovascular risk markers
  • Inflammation
  • Liver and kidney function
  • Hydration and electrolyte balance
  • Muscle stress and recovery

Results are considered alongside the participant’s reported symptoms, medical history, medications, supplementation, recent exercise, training demands and objectives.

Individual values are not interpreted in isolation, and an abnormal result does not automatically establish a diagnosis. Any result requiring diagnostic investigation, treatment, prescribing or specialist care must be addressed by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

02

Endocrine and Hormonal Health

The endocrine system is involved in metabolism, energy, muscle and bone health, sleep, stress response, reproductive health, recovery and body composition.

The programme may consider relevant hormonal results in the context of:

View the full list 10 items
  • Training volume and intensity
  • Energy availability
  • Nutrition
  • Sleep
  • Stress
  • Medication
  • Supplementation
  • Age
  • Symptoms
  • Recovery

The programme does not guarantee hormonal optimisation and does not include hormone prescribing unless this is separately agreed, clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

Results suggesting an endocrine disorder or requiring medical treatment will be referred for appropriate local medical assessment.

03

DNA and Genetic Information

Where the participant chooses to complete suitable genetic testing, the resulting information may offer additional insight into selected inherited characteristics associated with areas such as:

View the full list 10 items
  • Nutrient metabolism
  • Caffeine response
  • Dietary tolerances
  • Carbohydrate and fat metabolism
  • Oxidative-stress pathways
  • Inflammatory tendencies
  • Sleep
  • Recovery
  • Connective-tissue characteristics
  • Reported exercise-response traits

Genetic information has limitations. DNA testing used within this programme does not predict sporting success, determine an athlete’s future, guarantee a particular response or replace diagnostic genetic testing.

Results may be affected by the scope, quality and interpretation standards of the selected testing provider. Genetic information is considered as one element of the wider assessment and is not used in isolation to diagnose, prevent or treat disease.

04

Nutrition and Supplementation

The participant’s nutrition strategy is developed according to their reported needs and available information rather than a single standard diet. We may consider:

View the full list 10 items
  • Sport and training demands
  • Training intensity and volume
  • Competition schedule
  • Body-composition objectives
  • Energy availability
  • Digestive health
  • Laboratory results
  • Genetic information
  • Dietary preferences and tolerances
  • Practical lifestyle requirements

Existing supplements may be reviewed for their stated purpose, dosage, timing, duplication, potential interactions, tolerance, quality and possible anti-doping implications. Recommendations remain subject to individual suitability and professional scope.

Participants must not stop, begin or alter prescribed medication solely on the basis of programme content without consulting the healthcare professional responsible for that medication.

05

Training, Sleep, Stress and Recovery

Training provides a stimulus, but adaptation also depends on appropriate recovery and sufficient nutrition. The programme may review:

View the full list 10 items
  • Sleep duration and quality
  • Stress
  • Hydration
  • Travel
  • Rest days
  • Meal timing
  • Recovery between sessions
  • Energy availability
  • Signs of under-recovery
  • Changes in training volume

Amillion Clinic does not replace the participant’s coach, physiotherapist, sports physician or other regulated professional.

Exercise selection, injury rehabilitation, return-to-play decisions and competition clearance must remain with appropriately qualified professionals.

06

Continuous Personal Support

A laboratory report, DNA result or written nutrition strategy cannot create change without appropriate implementation. For this reason, the programme includes structured support throughout the 12 weeks. Support may include:

View the full list 18 items
  • Six scheduled private online consultations
  • Regular progress reviews
  • Secure direct messaging during designated support hours
  • Assistance understanding submitted laboratory information
  • Guidance when implementing the nutrition strategy
  • Supplement timing and dosage guidance within professional scope
  • Review of meals and product labels when appropriate
  • Adjustments for training and recovery days
  • Adjustments following changes in training volume
  • Travel-related nutrition and recovery guidance
  • Competition-preparation support within professional scope
  • Hydration and electrolyte guidance
  • Review of reported energy, sleep and recovery
  • Review of appetite, cravings and digestion
  • Review of reported changes in body composition and performance
  • Support in developing sustainable daily routines
  • Identification of barriers affecting adherence
  • Communication with an authorised coach or local healthcare professional where appropriate and subject to valid consent

The participant’s circumstances may change throughout the 12 weeks. Training schedules can change. Travel may occur. Competitions may approach. Energy, sleep, appetite and digestion may fluctuate. A supplement may not be tolerated, or nutritional requirements may change during a demanding training block.

Recommendations may therefore be reviewed and refined according to the information provided and the participant’s response. Adjustments do not guarantee a specific outcome.

Support is intended to create understanding and independence rather than dependence. By the end of the programme, participants should have a clearer framework for making informed decisions about nutrition, recovery and long-term performance support.

The Process

How the Programme Works

Stage 01 Comprehensive Online Consultation

Every application begins with an in-depth private online consultation. Before determining whether the programme is suitable, Amillion Clinic may review:

  • Medical and family history
  • Current symptoms and concerns
  • Existing health conditions
  • Previous laboratory results
  • Medication and supplement use
  • Training history
  • Current training schedule
  • Type and intensity of sport
  • Competition calendar
  • Previous and recurring injuries
  • Recovery between sessions
  • Sleep quality and duration
  • Stress
  • Travel commitments
  • Digestive health
  • Current nutrition
  • Hydration and electrolyte intake
  • Weight and body-composition history
  • Hormonal symptoms
  • Current performance concerns
  • Short-term and long-term objectives

Where available and appropriate, wearable information, body-composition results and relevant training data may also be considered.

Information provided by the participant must be complete and accurate. Withholding or misrepresenting material health information may make the programme unsafe and may result in suspension or termination in accordance with the Programme Agreement.

Stage 02 Personalised Testing Recommendations

Following the consultation, Amillion Clinic may prepare an individualised list of recommended blood and DNA investigations for the participant to discuss with an appropriately licensed laboratory or healthcare provider.

Not every athlete requires every investigation. Recommendations may depend on:

  • Medical history
  • Current symptoms
  • Sex and age
  • Sport
  • Training volume and intensity
  • Competition schedule
  • Nutrition
  • Recovery
  • Existing concerns
  • Available previous results
  • Individual objectives

The participant is responsible for arranging and paying for all external testing. Where legally required, the participant must obtain a prescription or referral from a locally licensed healthcare professional.

Amillion Clinic does not guarantee that an external provider will consider every recommended investigation appropriate or available.

Stage 03 Athlete Laboratory Review

Depending on individual circumstances and local availability, investigations considered may include the following areas.

Blood Health and Oxygen Transport

Potential markers may include: 12 markers
  • Full blood count
  • Red blood cell count
  • Haemoglobin
  • Haematocrit
  • MCV, MCH and MCHC
  • Platelets
  • Iron
  • Ferritin
  • Transferrin
  • Transferrin saturation
  • Vitamin B12
  • Folate

These markers may provide information relevant to blood health, nutritional status and oxygen transport. Symptoms or abnormal results requiring diagnosis or treatment must be assessed locally by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Metabolic Health and Glucose Regulation

Potential markers may include: 8 markers
  • Fasting glucose
  • Fasting insulin
  • HbA1c
  • HOMA-IR calculation
  • C-peptide, where appropriate
  • Triglycerides
  • Uric acid
  • Additional markers where clinically justified

These results may help inform the assessment of glucose regulation, energy stability and metabolic patterns. They do not independently establish a diagnosis.

Cardiovascular Health

Potential markers may include: 8 markers
  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL cholesterol
  • LDL cholesterol
  • Triglycerides
  • ApoB
  • Lipoprotein(a)
  • High-sensitivity C-reactive protein
  • Additional cardiovascular markers where appropriate

Laboratory review does not replace cardiovascular examination, diagnostic testing or medical clearance.

Liver and Kidney Function

Potential markers may include: 15 markers
  • ALT
  • AST
  • GGT
  • Alkaline phosphatase
  • Bilirubin
  • Albumin
  • Total protein
  • Urea
  • Creatinine
  • eGFR
  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Chloride
  • Calcium
  • Phosphate

Muscle mass, hydration, supplementation and recent intensive exercise may influence certain values. Results requiring investigation must be reviewed by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Inflammation, Muscle Stress and Recovery

Potential markers may include: 5 markers
  • Creatine kinase
  • High-sensitivity CRP
  • ESR, where appropriate
  • Muscle and liver-related enzymes
  • Additional inflammatory markers when clinically justified

These markers are interpreted cautiously and in context. They cannot independently measure readiness, diagnose injury or determine whether an athlete is safe to train or compete.

Vitamins, Minerals and Nutritional Status

Potential markers may include: 10 markers
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin B12
  • Folate
  • Magnesium
  • Calcium
  • Iron profile
  • Zinc
  • Copper
  • Selenium
  • Additional micronutrients where appropriate

Supplementation is not recommended solely because a product is popular. Any recommendation must be considered in relation to individual need, safety, dietary intake, medication, tolerability and anti-doping requirements.

Stage 04 Endocrine and Hormonal Review

Hormonal function may influence:

  • Energy
  • Metabolism
  • Glucose regulation
  • Muscle and bone health
  • Recovery
  • Sleep
  • Stress response
  • Mood and motivation
  • Reproductive and sexual health
  • Body composition

Intensive training, insufficient recovery, inadequate energy intake, chronic stress, ageing, medical conditions, medication and supplementation may influence hormonal results.

Depending on individual circumstances, testing discussed with a local healthcare professional may include:

  • Total testosterone
  • Free or calculated free testosterone
  • Oestradiol
  • Progesterone, where appropriate
  • SHBG
  • DHEA-S
  • Morning cortisol
  • Prolactin
  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4
  • Thyroid antibodies, where indicated
  • LH
  • FSH
  • IGF-1
  • Fasting insulin
  • Additional investigations where clinically justified

Results are considered alongside symptoms, metabolic health, training load, nutrition, sleep, stress, medication and recovery.

Female Athlete Considerations

The assessment may consider: 12 factors
  • Menstrual health
  • Irregular or absent menstrual cycles
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Hormonal contraception
  • Energy availability
  • Iron status
  • Thyroid function
  • Bone-health considerations
  • Recovery and sleep
  • Changes in strength and body composition
  • Symptoms associated with hormonal disruption
  • The possible effects of intensive training or insufficient fuelling

Male Athlete Considerations

The assessment may consider: 12 factors
  • Testosterone production and availability
  • Oestrogen balance
  • Cortisol and stress response
  • Thyroid function
  • Insulin sensitivity
  • Muscle preservation
  • Energy and recovery
  • Sleep
  • Sexual health
  • Training stress
  • Insufficient nutrition
  • Inappropriate or excessive supplementation

The programme does not diagnose or treat endocrine disease through website participation alone.

Where results or symptoms require diagnosis, treatment, prescribing or specialist investigation, the participant will be referred to an appropriately licensed professional.

Stage 05 DNA Performance and Nutrition Information

Blood results may provide information about the participant’s present physiological state. Genetic testing may provide an additional perspective on selected inherited characteristics.

Depending on the test used, the assessment may explore reported traits associated with:

  • Nutrient metabolism
  • Caffeine response
  • Lactose and other dietary tolerances
  • Carbohydrate and fat metabolism
  • Oxidative-stress pathways
  • Inflammatory tendencies
  • Recovery characteristics
  • Connective-tissue considerations
  • Strength and endurance-related traits
  • Muscle characteristics
  • Sleep tendencies
  • Reported responses to different types of exercise

Consumer performance DNA testing has scientific and practical limitations. It does not diagnose disease, determine talent, predict injury with certainty or guarantee an individual response.

No important medical, training or career decision should be based solely on a consumer DNA result.

Stage 06 Your Personalised Performance-Support Strategy

Once the available information has been reviewed, Amillion Clinic creates a personalised strategy within the agreed scope of the programme.

Performance Nutrition

The strategy may address: 19 areas
  • Estimated energy requirements
  • Protein targets and distribution
  • Carbohydrate requirements and timing
  • Appropriate fat intake
  • Meal timing
  • Training-day nutrition
  • Recovery-day nutrition
  • Pre-training fuelling
  • Post-training recovery
  • Competition preparation
  • Hydration and electrolytes
  • Travel strategies
  • Restaurant guidance
  • Glucose-management strategies
  • Muscle-building support
  • Muscle-preservation strategies
  • Body-composition management
  • Digestive support
  • Practical meal structures

Every athlete is different. Some participants may benefit from adjusting the quantity or timing of carbohydrates. Endurance and high-intensity athletes may require carefully planned carbohydrate availability to support training and recovery.

Recommendations are determined by the information available, the participant’s sport, training phase, health considerations and individual response. The programme does not promote one universal diet for every athlete.

Precision Supplementation

Existing supplements may be reviewed for: 10 checks
  • Intended purpose
  • Dosage
  • Timing
  • Potential interactions
  • Unnecessary duplication
  • Product quality
  • Possible effects on hormonal markers
  • Possible effects on liver or kidney markers
  • Potential influence on laboratory results
  • Anti-doping considerations

Where appropriate, the participant may receive a structured protocol explaining:

  • What has been recommended
  • Why it has been selected
  • Suggested dosage
  • Suggested timing
  • Whether it should be taken with food
  • How it relates to training and recovery
  • When it should be reviewed or discontinued

Supplement recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of safety, purity, legality or anti-doping compliance.

Recovery, Sleep and Lifestyle

The strategy may also consider: 11 factors
  • Sleep quality and timing
  • Training and recovery balance
  • Stress
  • Rest-day structure
  • Hydration
  • Travel fatigue
  • Competition recovery
  • Alcohol and caffeine
  • Meal timing
  • Signs of under-recovery
  • Lifestyle factors affecting performance

The purpose is not simply to increase training effort. It is to help participants make more informed decisions about fuelling, recovery and the conditions supporting adaptation.

Throughout the 12 Weeks

Continuous Online Support

The programme does not end when the participant receives their initial strategy.

Throughout the 12 weeks, Amillion Clinic reviews the information supplied by the participant and may adjust recommendations where appropriate. Support may include:

View the full list 14 items
  • Reviewing reported energy and performance
  • Monitoring reported sleep and recovery
  • Adjusting nutrition targets
  • Refining meal timing
  • Modifying training-day and recovery-day nutrition
  • Reviewing supplement tolerance
  • Adjusting supplement timing
  • Reviewing hydration and electrolytes
  • Supporting travel and competition preparation
  • Monitoring appetite, cravings and digestion
  • Reviewing body-composition information
  • Reviewing wearable and training information where appropriate
  • Identifying when additional investigation may be required
  • Supporting authorised communication with a coach or local healthcare professional

This transforms a static report into a structured and responsive programme.

Adjustments depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the participant and remain subject to safety, professional scope and regulatory limitations.

Closing the Loop

Follow-Up Testing and Comparative Review

Toward the end of the programme, Amillion Clinic may identify selected markers that could be appropriate for follow-up. The participant arranges and pays for follow-up investigations through an appropriately accredited provider in their own country.

Where results are supplied, Amillion Clinic may compare available baseline and follow-up information in areas such as:

View the full list 11 items
  • Glucose and insulin regulation
  • Metabolic markers
  • Nutritional status
  • Hormonal patterns
  • Cardiovascular markers
  • Inflammatory markers
  • Liver and kidney markers
  • Reported energy and recovery
  • Symptoms
  • Body composition
  • Training response

Changes in laboratory values or reported performance cannot automatically be attributed to the programme. Training, health status, medication, adherence, sleep, stress and other factors may influence results.

The participant receives a final review and longer-term strategy outlining areas that may be continued, adjusted, monitored or referred for further professional investigation.
